Terms and conditions

We can only guarantee the fresh flowers for 7 days as long as instructions are followed correctly. Everlasting flowers are guaranteed for a max of 12 months as long as instructions have been followed correctly.

Deliveries will only be attempted once if the order is not received this will be left with a neighbour, we will always leave a card stating where your bouquet has been left.

An order number will be provided with every order. A delivery cost can only be given on confirmation of order and will be calculated in distance to Mercedes Benz Stockport. We cannot guarantee timed delivery at this due to high demand at this time.
